Order & Delivery
1. Processing your order
- Orders placed before 12:00 (GMT+01:00) Amsterdam time will be processed the same day.
- Orders received after this cutoff time will be processed the following business day.
- The processing time is on average 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Saturday).
- Once your order has been processed, we will transfer it to one of our logistics partners for transportation.
2. Delivery time
Since we work directly with international suppliers, shipping times may vary. Most packages are shipped from our location in Amersfoort. Our average delivery times are:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 5 to 10 working days after processing.
- Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday .
Nina's Choice works with reputable courier services to ensure fast and safe delivery. Depending on the supplier and delivery address, your package will be shipped with:

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that external factors such as customs checks, busy couriers and other logistical circumstances may affect the delivery time.
3. Shipping costs
✔ FREE SHIPPING for all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. ✔ No minimum order value required – we cover the shipping costs completely for you.
Nina's Choice believes that you should only pay for the great deals we offer, not the shipping!
4. Track your order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code . This allows you to easily track the status of your package via our tracking page . Please note that tracking information may only be visible once the courier has processed the shipment.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact our customer service via Contact page
5. Important Notes
✔ Shipping address: Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. Once an order has been processed, the address cannot be changed. Nina's Choice is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrectly provided address information.
✔ Customs & Import Duties: Because we use international suppliers, in exceptional cases customs fees or import duties may apply. However, this is rare. Should this occur, you as a customer are responsible for these costs.
✔ Delays: In exceptional cases, such as logistical rush or unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may be longer than stated. We do everything we can to minimize delays and will keep you informed of any changes to your delivery time.
