Return Policy – Nina's Choice

We have a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.   

Returns conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as you received it
  • Not worn or unused
  • Labels contain
  • In the original packaging are
  • Have a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

  • You have received a defective or damaged item
  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the problem as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions – Items that cannot be returned

Some items cannot be returned , including: 

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Please note: Sale  items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchange

Want a different item? The fastest way is to return the unwanted item and order the new item separately after your return has been approved.  

Legal cooling-off period of 14 days (EU)

For orders shipped to the European Union , you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.    

The return policy remains the same: the item must be returned unused, with tags and in the original packaging and you will need proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation from us.

  • If approved, you will receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days .  
  • Please note that processing time with your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
