Returns Policy

At Nina's Choice we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt according to our return policy. The return shipping costs are at your own expense.    

1. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
✅ Be in the same condition that you received it (unused and unworn).
✅ Have all original tags attached.
✅ Be in the original packaging.
✅ Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. How do you start a return?

  1. Please contact us at Contact Us and include your order number , the item you wish to return and the reason for return.   
  2. You will receive a return shipping label from us and detailed instructions on how to return the package.
  3. Please send the item to the following return address:

⚠️ Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. 

3. Damage & problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If your order is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at Contact Us. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.  

4. Exceptions – Items that cannot be returned

Please note that some products are not eligible for return, including:  

❌ Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants).
❌ Personalised or customised items.
❌ Personal care products (e.g. beauty and hygiene products).
❌ Hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases. ❌ Sale
items or gift cards.

5. Exchange

Want to exchange a product? The fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

6. Statutory cooling-off period of 14 days (EU)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days , without giving any reason. The conditions for return remain the same:  

✔ The product must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging.
✔ The return must be requested within the statutory period.
✔ A proof of purchase is required.

7. Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

  • If approved,  your purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days via the original payment method.  
  • Please note that banks or credit card companies may require some processing time.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days , please contact us at Contact Us and we will be happy to help you.
