How will your complaint be handled?

  1. Acknowledgement of receipt:  As soon as we have received your complaint, you will receive an email confirmation.
  2. Investigation:  We will carefully assess your complaint and look for a suitable solution.
  3. Solution: You will receive a substantive response from us  within 5 working days with a possible solution.  

Our solutions can range from a replacement product to a refund or other appropriate compensation.
